Saudi news channels said that Brazilian star Neymar da Silva asked Al Hilal management to leave the club and move to Brazilian club Santos. The news outlets claimed that the 32-year-old player requested to move to the club on loan until the end of the current season.
The management of the "Hilal" team responded to Neymar's request with approval, but stipulated that it would not bear any financial matters related to the player in his remaining contract until next June.
Neymar da Silva joined Al Hilal club in August 2023, and since then he has participated in 7 matches, during which he scored one goal and provided 3 assists. Neymar's participation was limited to only two matches with the "Blue Hilal" team this season 2024/2025, due to his suffering from a serious injury that kept him off the field for a long period of time, which led to his name not being registered on the team's local roster.
