Mohamed Salah scored a goal, contributing to Liverpool's 2-1 victory over Lille at Anfield on Tuesday, in the seventh round of the first round of the Champions League.
The Egyptian star's goal (32 years old) came in the 34th minute of the match, via a shot from the penalty area.
After scoring against Lille, Salah advanced in the Champions League top scorers ranking historically, as he became ninth with 51 goals, equal to former French player Thierry Henry.
Mohamed Salah reached his 40th goal contribution in various competitions of the current 2024/2025 season, as he scored 23 goals and provided 17 assists.
