Barcelona achieved a hard-fought 4-1 victory over its host Sevilla, and the match witnessed Ronald Araujo being injured during the 22nd minute of the match after a strong clash with a Sevilla player, as he was unable to complete the match and left for Pau Coparsi to replace him.
Araujo had fallen several minutes before being substituted, but he got up again to continue playing, but he was unable to complete the match and left it injured.
