Norwegian Erling Haaland, Manchester City's striker, tops the list of the highest-paid players in the English Premier League this season, according to a report published by the French newspaper L'Equipe. After recently signing a new nine-and-a-half-year contract, Haaland now earns a weekly salary of £537,750, equivalent to £2.151 million per month, making him the highest-paid player in the Premier League.

His Belgian teammate Kevin De Bruyne comes in second place, earning £432,000 per week, equivalent to £1.723 million per month.

Manchester United's Casemiro and Liverpool's Mohamed Salah are tied for third place, each earning £376,250 per week, equivalent to £1.505 million per month.

Behind them are Marcus Rashford, on loan from Manchester United to Aston Villa, and Raheem Sterling, on loan from Chelsea to Arsenal, who each earn £349,000 per week (£1.397 million per month).

It should be noted that these salaries do not include additional incentives and bonuses that may be awarded based on individual or collective performance, as stipulated in their contracts.
