Arsenal and Tottenham will make history this summer as they contest the first-ever North London Derby held outside the UK, facing off in a pre-season friendly in Hong Kong.
The fierce London rivals will meet at the newly inaugurated Kai Tak Stadium on July 31, as part of their preparations for the 2025-26 season. The match is set to kick off at 7:30 PM local time (11:30 AM BST).
The fixture is a key highlight of the Hong Kong Football Festival, which will also feature a clash between Liverpool and AC Milan on July 26.
Arsenal last toured Hong Kong in 2012, while Tottenham’s most recent visit to Asia took them to Japan and South Korea in 2024.
Meanwhile, Manchester United are set to play two post-season friendlies in Hong Kong and Malaysia, but they, along with several other Premier League clubs, are expected to travel to the United States for their pre-season tours.
Chelsea and Manchester City have yet to finalize their pre-season schedules, as both clubs are set to participate in the Club World Cup, which begins on June 15.
