The Spanish Football Federation has officially announced the date for the El Clásico final, which will see Barcelona and Real Madrid meet in the Copa del Rey final. Real Madrid secured their place in the Copa del Rey final after defeating Real Sociedad in the semi-finals, a match that also saw Barcelona overcome Atlético Madrid.
Seville will host the Copa del Rey final on Saturday, April 26, at La Cartuja Stadium, which has a capacity of 57,600 fans.
The last time the two giants met in the Copa del Rey final was in the 2013-2014 season, when Real Madrid defeated Barcelona 2-1 thanks to a goal from Welshman Gareth Bale. Barcelona has won the Copa del Rey the most, with 31 titles, while Real Madrid has won it 20 times.
