Egyptian duo Mohamed Salah and Omar Marmoush topped the list of the 10 highest-paid players in the English Premier League, according to the StatsRoom. Liverpool star Salah is second on the list with a weekly salary of £400,000, in addition to bonuses that bring his salary to £480,000.
Manchester City striker Omar Marmoush came in tenth with a weekly salary of £295,000.
Salah renewed his contract with Liverpool for two additional seasons, while Marmoush joined Manchester City last January from Eintracht Frankfurt for €75 million.
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland topped the list with a salary of 500,000 pounds sterling per week, followed by Salah, then Virgil van Dijk and Kevin De Bruyne, while Casemiro came in fifth. Marmoush is one of the most prominent emerging Egyptian talents in the world, pointing to his great abilities that make him a candidate to play a prominent role with the Egyptian national team alongside Mohamed Salah in the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations.
