Paris Saint-Germain Completes Domestic Treble!

25 May 2025

Paris Saint-Germain lifted the French Cup after defeating Reims 3-0 in the final on Saturday evening, completing a domestic treble. French striker Bradley Barcola scored two quick goals for the Parisian team in the 16th and 19th minutes, while his Moroccan defender teammate Achraf Hakimi added the third goal two minutes before full time.

Paris Saint-Germain won the French Cup for the 15th time in its history, making it the club's most successful title.

Paris Saint-Germain achieved the domestic treble for the second consecutive season, having won the league title this season with six rounds remaining and the French Super Cup last January, defeating Monaco 1-0 in Doha, Qatar. They are now seeking their third domestic title.

Paris Saint-Germain, under the leadership of Spanish coach Luis Enrique, is also aiming to achieve a rare quadruple by achieving the great dream of winning the European Champions League title for the first time in its history when it faces Italian club Inter Milan on May 31, 2025.

Reims, meanwhile, failed to achieve the surprise of winning the French Cup for the third time in its history, having previously won the title twice in 1950 and 1958.
