Saudi football club Al-Nassr officially announced on Monday the appointment of Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, replacing Italian Stefano Pioli, who failed to win any titles last season. Al-Nassr announced via its official Twitter account: "Mr. Jorge Jesus is the coach of the first football team on a one-season contract."
Press reports indicated that the 70-year-old Portuguese veteran coach would receive an annual salary of approximately 7 million euros with Al-Nassr.
It is worth noting that Jorge Jesus left his position as coach of Al-Hilal last May after failing to win the league and the AFC Champions League. However, he dominated all domestic titles the season before last.
