Luis Enrique led Paris Saint-Germain to an exceptional season, earning him a phenomenal offer from the club's management to secure his services for several more seasons.
According to the Spanish newspaper AS, PSG has made an unbelievable offer, the value of which has not been disclosed, that would make Luis Enrique the highest-paid coach in the world.
The newspaper added: "After an exceptional season with Paris Saint-Germain, Luis Enrique has won the hearts of everyone in the French capital and in Doha, where Qatar manages the club and determines its financial and sporting strategy. There is a strong desire to offer him a very special and unprecedented contract for any coach who has worked in France."
According to the same sources, Luis Enrique's contract with the Parisian team expires in June 2027, but the remarkable results of the 2024-2025 season, culminating in winning six titles, prompted Nasser Al-Khelaifi's management to present him with the largest offer currently available to any coach in the world to ensure the former Barcelona coach's continued presence.
Luis Enrique led the team to unprecedented success, with Paris Saint-Germain winning the French League, the Champions League, the French Cup, the French Super Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, and the Intercontinental Cup.
The achievements weren't limited to team titles; the players also garnered prestigious individual awards, such as Ousmane Dembélé winning the Ballon d'Or, Achraf Hakimi being named African Player of the Year, and Enrique winning the Best FIFA Men's Coach award at The Best FIFA Football Awards.
