Marcus Rashford could be handed Manchester United lifeline, trio may remain at Old Trafford after Amorim exit, Juventus explore Federico Chiesa return

Manchester United’s decision to sack Ruben Amorim could open the door for England forward Marcus Rashford, 28, to make a return to Old Trafford, despite currently being on loan at Barcelona.

Oliver Glasner has emerged as Manchester United’s leading candidate to replace Amorim. The club’s hierarchy are understood to be strong admirers of the 51-year-old Austrian, whose contract at Crystal Palace expires this summer.
