Barcelona and Real Madrid Matches in La Liga Rescheduled

La Liga has announced a change to the schedule of the Real Madrid and Barcelona matches in the 27th round of the Spanish league due to the Champions League.

On Friday, UEFA conducted the draw for the Champions League Round of 16, as well as the quarter-finals and semi-finals. The Champions League Round of 16 draw has seen Barcelona pitted against Newcastle United, while Real Madrid will face Manchester City.

Barcelona will play Newcastle United in the first leg on Tuesday, March 10, with the return leg scheduled for Wednesday, March 18. The first leg of Real Madrid's match against Manchester City will be on Wednesday, March 11, with the return leg on Tuesday, March 17.

La Liga has also decided to change the date of the Barcelona vs. Athletic Bilbao match, moving it to Saturday, March 7, at 10:00 PM Cairo time, instead of Sunday, March 8, at 5:15 PM.

Real Madrid and Celta Vigo were scheduled to meet on Saturday, March 7 at 10:00 AM, but their match has now been moved to Friday, March 6 at the same time.
