Martin Ho has committed his future to Tottenham Hotspur Women after signing a new long-term contract, following a promising debut season in the Women's Super League.
The 35-year-old, who joined from SK Brann in July 2025, has overseen a period of notable progress. Tottenham currently sit fifth in the league standings, having secured nine wins from 18 matches. With four fixtures remaining, they are within reach of surpassing their previous record points total of 32, achieved during the 2021–22 campaign.
Spurs remain in contention to close the gap on Arsenal Women, who occupy fourth place with a six-point advantage and two games in hand. The sides are set to meet in a key fixture at the Emirates Stadium, a match that could prove decisive in shaping the final standings.
Ho’s impact has been further recognised at an individual level, having been named the league’s Manager of the Month for February after a strong run of performances. Prior to his appointment, he gained experience as part of the coaching staff at Manchester United.
Speaking after signing his new deal, Ho expressed confidence in the club’s long-term direction, emphasising the importance of alignment between coaching staff and leadership. He highlighted the progress made in establishing a clear identity, raising performance standards, and building a cohesive working environment.
While acknowledging the strides taken during his first season, Ho stressed that the current phase represents only the foundation of a broader project, with further development and improvement expected in the coming years.
