France international Lucas Digne has completed a move from Aston Villa to European champions Paris St-Germain.
The 33-year-old left-back has signed a three-year contract at the Parc des Princes after PSG activated the £8.5m release clause in his Villa deal.
Digne returns to familiar surroundings, having spent three years with the French giants earlier in his career.
He made 30 appearances during his first spell in Paris before eventually joining Barcelona in 2016.
After eight years playing in England, including spells with Everton and Aston Villa, Digne expressed his delight at returning to the French capital.
The defender said he was honoured to be back at PSG more than a decade after his first spell and praised the club's development during his time away.
Digne is expected to provide competition for Nuno Mendes at left-back as PSG look to continue their dominance in France and Europe.
The Paris club have won the Champions League in successive seasons, most recently defeating Arsenal on penalties in the 2026 final.
Digne leaves Villa after helping them win the Europa League last season, securing the club's first major trophy since 1996.
He becomes Villa's third senior departure of the summer, following Morgan Rogers' move to Chelsea and Youri Tielemans' switch to Manchester United.
