Manchester City face a significant premium in their pursuit of Enzo Fernandez, Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is attracting interest from several clubs, while Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has reportedly been offered a substantial salary increase.

Manchester City could be required to pay Chelsea more than £120m for Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez if they attempt to complete a deal during the final two weeks of the transfer window.

Chelsea are reportedly seeking close to £100m for Portugal winger Pedro Neto, 26, should they agree to sell him this summer, with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal among the clubs linked with a move.

Manchester City, Arsenal and Tottenham are also understood to be interested in Neto, who joined Chelsea from Wolves for £54m in 2024.

Manchester United have reportedly been offered the opportunity to sign Spain midfielder Marc Casado, 22, after Barcelona made him available for transfer.

Despite Manchester United's reluctance to sell Bruno Fernandes, Galatasaray have reportedly offered the Portugal midfielder £18.3m per season — approximately double his current salary — in an attempt to lure him away from Old Trafford.

Liverpool remain interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain duo Bradley Barcola, 23, and Ibrahim Mbaye, 18, with a combined fee of around £155m being suggested for the France winger and Senegal forward.

Bayern Munich are confident of reaching an agreement on a new contract with England forward Harry Kane, 33, as he enters the final year of his current deal.

Como have submitted an offer to sign Fiorentina and Italy forward Moise Kean, 26, on loan with an obligation to buy, in a package reportedly worth £25m.

Leeds United have given Suriname striker Joel Piroe, 27, permission to travel to West Ham for a medical ahead of a potential move.

AC Milan have reportedly agreed a £34m deal to sign Belgium winger Diego Moreira, 22, from Strasbourg.

Sao Paulo and West Ham are among the clubs showing interest in former England forward Jamie Vardy, 39, who is currently a free agent.

Norwich City could face competition to retain forward Mo Toure, with the Australian international emerging as a potential transfer target for Hull City and Porto.

Stoke City are interested in signing Aston Villa full-back Triston Rowe. The Premier League club are understood to be open to either a loan or permanent move for the 19-year-old.

Meanwhile, Stoke City and Preston could be frustrated in their pursuit of Hull City defender Cody Drameh, who reportedly wants to remain with the Premier League club. The two Championship sides are understood to have submitted offers of around £1m for the right-back.

Portsmouth are prepared to allow goalkeeper Josef Bursik to leave as he closes in on a return to fitness. The 26-year-old made 11 appearances for Pompey last season but has not featured since suffering an injury against Stoke in April.

Portsmouth have also reportedly joined the race to sign Liverpool defender Luke Chambers. QPR and Blackburn Rovers are among the other Championship clubs interested in taking the 22-year-old on loan.
