The Viking Erling has cemented his place among the tournament's all-time top scorers.
Norwegian star Erling Haaland scored twice in Manchester City's 4-2 defeat to defending champions Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday night in the second round of the Champions League group stage, continuing his record-breaking run in the continental competition.
According to statistics website Statsroom, Haaland needed just 60 matches to reach 60 Champions League goals, breaking the record previously held by Argentine legend Lionel Messi, who needed 80 matches to achieve the same number of goals in the tournament.
Haaland reached the number 60 with his first goal against the French team, before reaching 61 thanks to his second goal.
